Blueprints of future climate trends

…so I lied, I cannot stop…the link shows in black…towards the bottom of the report is a list of 13 summary’s and conclusions that is if you want to skip all of the nitty-gritty science stuff, I suggest you don’t skip it…this is a very import read, it explains current conditions and where they might lead us…

Regional Maps on Migration, Environment and Climate Change

https://environmentalmigration.iom.int/maps

…infrared image of the fires in South America…the original source of the maps used above…

…I have yet explore this source but migrations are already happening and will only increase…something everyone should be aware of…

Ice sheets impact core elements of the Earth’s carbon cycle

http://www.bristol.ac.uk/news/2019/august/ice-sheets-carbon-cycle-.html

…I cite this twice because it is very important…all of the work so far has been done in the arctic using Russian information, here this comes to the same conclusion, methane and methane hydrate releasing and happen rapidly and has been shown have done it before by doing ice studies…I saw somewhere else that there may be from 80 to 450Gt of methane available for release, whether that includes the 50Gt in Siberia I don’t know, either way this report is a must read…

Arctic Sea Ice

…arctic sea ice blog is just that…it’s all about the ice, what is there, what isn’t there with comparisons over the years…a must read so you understand why we have storms like Dorian or worse and yes there will be worse, if you have been watching the Paul Beckwith videos you know why…here is his link once again in case you lost it…

https://paulbeckwith.net/

Arctic Sea Ice Volume/Thickness

…somewhere towards to middle to the end of September the new ice should start to form, if you use the nullschool Earth map linked on previous pages you can scan the ocean temps along the coast of Russia and that will give you some idea about the new ice, I have been doing this for the last week while watching Dorian and it looks to me like maybe October, we’ll see…

Desert treaty steps up fight for degraded land

Desert treaty steps up fight for degraded land

…the domino effect…I think it was Paul Beckwith that pointed out that the European heatwave was caused by the heat rising up from Africa and the the shifting of the jet stream was involved in all of this and this becoming the new abnormal normal…it also increased the heat in Siberia which increase the release of more methane and the arctic circle fires of the past summer…this article is key to understanding that what happens in India does not stay in India or anywhere else for that matter, just think if we helped those in India what it might do for the arctic, gee, what a concept…

…the images are for 9-11-19…so little ice…such thin ice…such hot seas…and the air is on fire…I just don’t see how any new ice can start forming in these conditions, there would have to be dramatic shift somewhere somehow to trigger the birthing of new ice, maybe towards to end of the month? maybe October as I suggested before or not at all which I have suggested as well, we very well could be seeing the formation of a BOE, my gawd I hope not…

…the nullschool maps showing surface temp, sea surface temp, jet stream and cloud cover…it’s just too damn hot!…

Arctic Ocean overheating

…again, the link is in black…

…so my claim of the ocean being too damn hot was not incorrect, again, please read the whole article and the supportive evidence, we are in troubled waters and the more you know the less chance there is for panic, when you panic you make unwise decisions…

Mixing Ratio of Methane: Metop-1

https://www.ospo.noaa.gov/Products/atmosphere/soundings/iasi/m1/rp/mrm_t2.html

…so Arctic-News is using these maps for tracking the methane and I wanted and tracked down the source…as you can see from the image above the methane mix is from layer 67 at 351 millibars pressure…on the website they explore, I forget how many layers, you can count them when you visit the site but what you end up with by combining all the layers would be a picture of a cloud, a cloud of methane…it also gives you the parts per-billion with the mean as well…here is a link that sorta explains millibars, it can be confusing so maybe a few explanations might help you…it will be interesting to keep track of the methane at say level 67 over a period of time to watch out for the methane bomb…

https://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-a-millibar.htm

…this map is of the surface air temp for August from Copernicus, we are on fire…if you goto the site page there are more maps for greater distinction…yes the arctic shows very hot but look at the overall view, the heat is everywhere…
